Bilingual Dental Hygienist – Spanish/English
Job Description Overview: Advanced DDS of Dallas is seeking a Bilingual Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern private practice environment.
Key Duties: Perform gentle dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing for patients of all ages. Communicate hygiene treatment plans and oral care instructions fluently in Spanish and English. Conduct diagnostic screenings using digital X-rays and DIAGNOdent cavity detection. Apply topical fluorides, silver diamine fluoride (SDF), sealants, and custom nightguards. Record probe depths and chart periodontal health in collaboration with Dr. Juan Diaz. Maintain infection control standards and operatory compliance under OSHA and HIPAA.
part-time $54 - $54 per hour

Requirements Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Texas in good standing.
Language Skills: Native or highly professional fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Certifications: Current CPR / BLS Certification.
Technical Skills: Experience with digital radiograph software, intraoral cameras, and modern practice management platforms.
Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skill set in periodontal health assessment, preventative maintenance, and compassionate patient communication.
